Front Street UMC has been sending teams of youth and adults into Appalachia to participate in the Appalachia Service Project summer program. This year we have six teams of adults and youth who will be making this trip during the week of June 22-28, 2008.  We have been tentatively assigned to Buchanan County, Virginia. This county is located in the northwest tip of Virginia, where it is bordered by West Virginia and Kentucky. We will not receive our exact location until early May. We have serveral first-time volunteers this year. A complete list of adults and youth will be published in the FRONTLINE sometime in June.  We still have spots open for youth volunteers.
