Exploring the Risk
The first followers of Jesus didn’t have it all together. They weren’t anything special. They were simply run-of-the-mill, ordinary people, who lived their lives the best that they could. Actually, come to think of it, they kind of sound like some other people we know. In this sermon series, we’ll take a closer look at the first followers of Jesus. Who were they? What did they see in this guy named Jesus? Why in the world did they follow him? Maybe in the process of uncovering Jesus’ first followers we’ll come to see ourselves more clearly, learn more about the One they were following, and hear the call to follow Him today.
