Equal Exchange
Equal Exchange Coffee, Chocolate and Tea Fundraiser
- Benefits FSUMC Youth Missions
Sunday Mornings in March
Outside Aldersgate Hall: 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Outside the Sanctuary: 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Who doesn’t love coffee, chocolate or tea?
The Front Street Youth will be selling delicious Equal Exchange coffee, chocolate bars, and tea on Sunday mornings in March.
Coffee (12oz bag): $10
Chocolate bars: $5
Tea (box of 20 bags): $7
40% of the sales come back to Youth Missions, one of the highest percentages in the fundraising industry.  Our goal is $5,000 in revenue for our table sales and each youth attending either ASP or Hinton has a goal of selling $250 each.  That means we have to sell a lot.
What is Equal Exchange?
Equal Exchange is a worker-owned co-op, that promotes and works with small scale, fairly traded farmers around the world. If you have enjoyed the coffee in the Front Street coffee bar, odds are you have already had it.
If you buy bagged coffee regularly like we do at the Huneycutt house, pick up a couple bags and try it out.  Then come back and order a bunch from one of our helpful youth.
