We are collecting the following items to provide cooling care kits for our brothers and sisters experiencing homelessness:

* Bottled water

* Sports drinks

* Healthy trail mix or nuts

* Dried fruit: apples, bananas, pomegranate, berries, etc.

* Peanut Butter On-the-Go packets

* Care packet items (eg. travel wet wipes, travel hand sanitizer, travel sunscreen, travel deodorant)

 Drop donations in the Welcome Center on Sunday mornings.  Alternatively, make a monetary donation toward the purchase of fresh fruit and other items.  Make checks payable to Front Street UMC with "beat the heat" in the memo line.

Collection ends Friday, September 24.
