Playing in a handbell choir requires many musical skills. Regular attendance is crucial. Ringers are asked to be at each rehearsal and performance. The success of the group is determined by the dedication of all ringers.

WESLEY RINGERS -- Membership is open to children in fourth and fifth grades. This bell choir is the beginning group for our bell ministry. The choir will ring in conjunction with Wesley Singers schedule. The children will work individually and in groups with the director and volunteer assistants on technique and musicianship. . Wesley Ringers rehearse on Sundays from 4:45 to 5:30.

YOUTH BELLS -- This choir is a foundational choir for youth, grades six through eight who are willing to make a weekly commitment to the program and fellow ringers: The group will learn beginning and intermediate bell ringing techniques, improve their reading skills and learn the discipline needed for working together as a group. A maximum number of 11 ringers make up this choir. A commitment to regular weekly rehearsals is a must. This ensemble will function as a feeder choir to more advanced groups. Rehearsals are held on Sundays from 4:45 to 5:30.

EPWORTH RINGERS  -- Membership in this bell choir is open to senior high youth and adults with advanced reading and technique skills. Thirteen positions are available. Positions are also available for substitutes to ring when members need tomiss rehearsals or services. The choir rings each month in worship and rehearses on Tuesdays from 6:15 to 7:30.

INSTRUMENTALISTS -- Youth and adults are encouraged to share piano, organ, band and orchestra instrumental solos in worship. Coaching assistance is available from the music staff; coordination with private teachers is encouraged.
