Meet our Staff
Front Street's Staff is made up of dedicated individuals working to further the missions and ministries of Front Street.
Chris Huneycutt
Chris Huneycutt is our Youth Minister. He oversees youth programming and mission opportunities for youth in 6th-12th grade. Chris is a member of the Williams High School football chain crew, baseball (and part time basketball) public address announcer and Vice President of the Williams Booster Club.
Hannah Reeves
Hannah Reeves is our Building Superintendent. She manages our facilities and makes sure everything is in tip top condition, with help from her Maintenance Team. She enjoys riding her beautiful horse, restoring antique furniture, and kayaking.
Jackie Long
Jackie Long is a member of our Front Street’s Maintenance Team. He ensures our facilities are clean and in working order. Jackie enjoys going to sporting events and music concerts, and playing golf.
Joanna Strelow
Joanna Strelow is our Communications Coordinator. She oversees communications at Front Street, the website, and assists staff and church members with projects. She enjoys reading, visiting historic sites, and exploring new places with her family.

Josh Abraham
Josh Abraham is our Worship and Family Minister. He is the worship leader for the contemporary Aldersgate service, and works to incorporate youth, children, and adult ministries together to create unique and authentic worship experiences. Josh enjoys cooking, watching Carolina Hurricanes hockey, and playing disc golf.

Leslie Peavy
Leslie Peavy is our Minister of Visitation. She provides pastoral care for those in the Front Street family who are homebound, widows and widowers, and those in times of difficulty. She enjoys playing with her grandchildren, spending time with family, and lunch dates with her best friends.
Melissa Miller
Melissa Miller is our Children and Family Minister. She oversees programming and mission opportunities for children birth through 5th grade and their families. Melissa is also our C4C coordinator, organizing our Backpack Ministry, Fresh Mobile Market and other programs in our partnership with Eastlawn Elementary. Melissa enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
Pamela Shields
Pamela Shields is our Administrative Assistant. She is the keeper of the church calendar and room reservations. Pamela publishes our weekly Sunday morning bulletins and bi-weekly Frontline newsletter, as well as assisting staff and members with other administrative tasks. Pamela enjoys history, baking, and spending time with her favorite people who call her Nana—her grandchildren!
Rev. Ray Warren
Ray Warren is our Lead Pastor. His primary roles at Front Street are visioning and coaching, leading our staff and lay leaders, teaching and preaching Ray enjoys working in the yard, vacations at the beach, and spending time with his family.
Tammy Page
Tammy Page is our Finance Manager. She oversees the finances of the church, contributions, and our budget. Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and vacations at the beach.
Zach Mace
Zach Mace is our evening maintenance worker. He assists with cleaning and ensures the building is secure at night. Zach enjoys golf, watching tv and vacationing in the mountains or at the beach.
