Please fill out the form below in order to reserve facilities at Front Street Church. This will take the place of the form you usually fill out and submit in the office.

All requests must be approved by the Pastoral Staff.

Please understand that filling out this form is to help you think through your needs as well as to help the staff assist you. Activities will be recommended for approval based on their compliance with the stated goals and policies of the church and in the availability of church facilities and services. Please review our building policy.

If children or youth under the age of 18 are involved in the activity, Safe Sanctuary guidelines apply.

Please give a minimum of two weeks notice before the date of the activity.
